Each of these interactive seminars is a group coaching experience focused on a practical self-leadership resource.

Teams and work colleagues can use self-leadership seminars to develop a shared language and experience around common challenges that affect us at work as much as in our personal lives.

Groupings of friends or families can also find enrichment in shared dialogue around one of the following topics of interest:

Brain Detox

  • What can we do about the information overload our brains experience? A healthy mind requires that we limit inputs, enlist our bodies in working out stress, and release what is not serving us well. Join this seminar and gain strategies to give your brain the space it needs to function with clarity and peace.

What’s on Your Plate?

  • Your life is filled with many activities, responsibilities and relationships. Some give you energy, some drain it away. When you understand what is on your plate and how it is affecting you, new choices become possible. By the end of this seminar you will have rethought your priorities and where you want to invest your time and energy.

Inflow/Outflow of Personal Resources

  • What goes out must first come in, but is that your experience? Many of us try to keep giving out without adequate inflow. This seminar will help you evaluate the inflow/outflow of your personal resources and develop a plan to keep you supplied while you serve others at home, work, and in friendships.

Each seminar is experienced through Zoom and includes

  • 90 minutes of interactive learning and group coaching

  • A brief resource emailed to you in advance to get you thinking about the topic

  • A written guide to prompt learning as the seminar unfolds

  • A follow up summary of content explored and a customizable action plan
